People Who Still Know Your Floor Plan

A small team designs the map, mounts the devices, and answers the email six months later. You will not be passed to a stranger who has never seen the sketch.

The studio

Who shows up for the work

Roles overlap on purpose. The person who draws the camera angle is in the same conversation as the person who will label the sensor.

Portrait of Mara Ellison

Mara Ellison

Founder and home protection lead

Mara started Aegiswell after years of untangling systems that households had muted. She still reviews every placement map and is the last word when a camera angle conflicts with a private room.

Portrait of Julian Crowe

Julian Crowe

Systems design director

Julian turns a walkthrough into a device list: which contact, which rule, which profile. He writes the one-page guide you keep in a kitchen drawer.

Portrait of Priya Raman

Priya Raman

Monitoring quality lead

Priya trains the desk on your written order and audits false-alarm notes. If a pet path or a loose sash keeps waking the plan, she is the one who changes the rule.

Portrait of Owen Blake

Owen Blake

Lead installer

Owen mounts, labels, and hides cable so a future painter can still find it. He will not drill until you have walked the map with him and agreed the rooms that stay empty.

Portrait of Elena Voss

Elena Voss

Care plan specialist

Elena keeps the seasonal calendar, battery reminders, and replacement queue. Email her the room and the symptom; she already has the original sketch.

Portrait of Marcus Hale

Marcus Hale

Camera placement specialist

Marcus tests height, glare, and night view. His standard is simple: a person at the gate should be recognizable, and a neighbor’s window should not be in the frame.

How a project is staffed

You meet more than one person, and they share one file

A quote begins with Mara or Julian. They ask about entries, pets, guests, and the hours the house is empty, then send a placement sketch. Owen or Marcus leads install day, with the sketch printed and marked. Before they leave, two people in the household practice the app. Priya confirms the monitoring order if you chose a desk. Elena schedules the first-season check and is the name on later care emails.

Notes live in one household file: device names, privacy zones, the guest-code habit you prefer, and the alert you asked us to ignore. When someone new joins a visit, they read that file first. We do not ask you to retell the floor plan from scratch.

If you write to care@ggpokerth.com, a person on this team replies. The message is not scored by a script and then closed. If we need a photo of a bracket or a clearer description of a chirp, we ask. If the right next step is a short visit, we offer times rather than a vague promise to “look into it.”
